How to Deal with the client and close the business deal in limited time?
The following strategies can help you overcome these roadblocks to closing a business deal.
Negotiation:- In a business meeting, if a client is coming to meet you, one must keep following him, either he left for meeting or not, or stuck in traffic or somewhere. I know it will sound buttering. But as per my experience i am telling this process will make you strong bond with client.. when client has started meeting with you. Don't start meeting with your requirement, let him start the conversation and you just carry on with him. When you feel he has reached on comfort level, then start the mission with the plot, measurement, site surroundings, location etc. then take the requirement of the client. After completing the discussion on following topic, what i mentioned above, then come to the rate and payment mode. After disclosing the rate, client will calculate the budget and do the negotiation and closed the deal with you. what i shared this is fully my personal experience.
